Year 3 Homework Week 8 Term 3 2012

Dear Parents and Caregivers of Year 3 Students, * Over the next few days your child will be working on putting the finishing touches to their speeches. We will then be sending them home on cue cards to practise with. Encourage your child to learn their speech off by heart if they can. * Our last swimming session was last Tuesday. All children are to be commended on the great effort and enthusiasm they put into their lessons. Thank you for your support in ensuring they arrived at school with the right gear and attitude! * I have been working with Edmodo to connect us to a programme called Scootpad. There seemed to be an issue with getting onto this programme this morning through Edmodo, so I have sent their Helpdesk an email requesting assistance. Hopefully, this will be up and running tomorrow, so we can all start completing homework assignments on it Watch this space for more information (or check the feed on Edmodo). Please note, parents can log on to Edmodo with a special Parent Code that you can generate from your own childs page. Feel free to join up or not, as you prefer.
