We also support system integration prototyping, including 3D printing, soft tooling, cabling, and sheet metal work—all in-house for quick turnaround. Our late stage configuration lets customers save costs by stocking standard parts, assembling, and customizing units only as needed, reducing finished goods inventory and obsolescence. With optimized distribution setups, we manage inventory and deliver products, spare parts, and installation kits directly, saving on logistics and freeing up customer warehouse space. Additional services like break bulk, cross docking, and consolidation streamline the supply chain and reduce third-party handling.
Repair and Refurbish
Your partner for reliable repair, refurbishment, and streamlined product distribution
We provide comprehensive repair and refurbishment services for our own and other manufacturers’ products, both in and out of warranty. Our skilled technicians diagnose and repair assemblies, cables, and PCBAs, ensuring all repaired products meet OEM standards and are fully traceable through our management software. We repair high-value and hard-to-find PCBAs in-house, while low-cost PCBAs are replaced. Refurbished products are restored to “like new” condition, meeting both functional and cosmetic standards. As part of our ISO 14001 certification, we partner with R2-certified recyclers to responsibly dispose of materials. We also offer advanced replacement goods storage and inbound RMA screening to minimize unnecessary repairs and reduce customer downtime.
We offer inventory management and distribution of finished products, spare parts and installation kits to our customers and their customers’ site locations. This distribution setup provides transportation and logistics savings by eliminating the need for warehousing and distribution with a third party. The warehousing and distribution at our premises also reduces the need for warehouse space at our customers and allows them to focus on their core business and growth.
