Can I use my Aircall numbers for texting with Salesmsg?

Yes. Salesmsg's native Aircall API integration lets you use your existing Aircall SMS-compatible numbers to send and receive SMS and MMS through Salesmsg. Numbers are configured automatically — no manual setup through Aircall is required.

How do I connect Salesmsg to Aircall?

In Salesmsg, go to Settings, open App Marketplace, find Aircall, and click Connect. Log in with your Aircall account and approve access. Salesmsg pulls your Aircall SMS-compatible numbers automatically. Setup takes a few minutes.

How many Aircall numbers can I text-enable?

Any SMS-compatible Aircall number in your dashboard can be text-enabled through Salesmsg. Once the Organization Owner connects the integration, every eligible number is available for SMS across your team.

Do Aircall calls use Salesmsg credits?

No. Calls made through the Aircall app don't use Salesmsg credits. Clicking the call button in Salesmsg opens the Aircall app, so calling and texting credits stay separate.

Can I see who made an outbound Aircall call in Salesmsg?

Outbound Aircall calls are logged in Salesmsg. The contact timeline shows which team member made each call, so you always know who's followed up.

What other numbers can I text-enable with Salesmsg?
