Hi, my name is Joe Carney from Derema Group. I am with Jatin from Rlogical, and they are a supplier of technology for mobile applications that we have called for Derema Help. We have been working with Jatin’s company for 9 years now. One of the things that is really great about working with his company is that first he helps us solve problems and recommends things that make us a better company. And the second one is their response time, when we have any issues or improvements that we would like to make to the mobile app, they are there at any time. I don’t think your folks sleep over there, do they? It seems like no matter what time of the day, I can send a message and get a reply back, and the fix usually happens right away. It’s been very helpful to our overall business, the clients we service, and our sales representatives who use the app as a mobile resource. Although the company is in India, the communication path has been very clear over the years. Now, I don’t have to explain things in great detail. I give their team a concept, and what I am shocked with or surprised with is that they get that concept very quickly, despite what might be many miles and oceans between us. So, that’s the one thing I’ve always been pleased with. We are looking forward to having more opportunities with Rlogical. Telling all my friends about how good they are, and to see what can happen with them. I very much enjoyed this partnership.
