You will have access to the venue for 12 hours. All events must end by 10 pm unless you have purchased a ranch buyout. If you are also having your rehearsal and dinner on site, you can start setup at 4 pm the day before.
2 hour rehearsals: 5 pm - 7 pm the day before the wedding.
4 hour rehearsals: 5 pm - 9 pm the day before the wedding, including time for catered dinner after. We will provide you with a list of caterers if needed.
Upon booking your reservation at RiverView Ranch, you must provide a deposit of 50% plus the 20% resort fee. The balance due must be paid 90 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival is within 90 days of booking, the total amount is due at the time of booking. Please note the final balance will be automatically charged to your credit card 90 days before your arrival. If the deposits are not received, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be non-refundable.
All reservations are subject to a 90-day cancellation policy. Cancellation notification must occur at least 91 days prior to your arrival date to receive a partially refunded deposit. In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount. Cancellation notifications made within 90 days of arrival are ineligible for a refund. Please note that due to our intimate size, we do have a very firm policy in regard to cancellation, and we do encourage trip insurance for your reservation with the resort. If a weather incident requires a cancellation of your reservation, RiverView Ranch Retreat cannot be held responsible and we will not accept cancellations outside of our normal policies. You are encouraged to reserve a tent if you are planning an outside wedding.
Vendors are able to start setup at 8 am the day of the event.
We are happy to accept a payment plan. However, the full amount is due 90 days prior to your event.
The cleaning fee is included in the 20% resort fee.
Yes, liability insurance is required naming RVR Estates LLC as an additional insured. If you need help or more information, we are more than happy to provide names of insurers you can contact.
Although it is not required, we strongly encourage and recommend that you purchase it. Even with careful planning, unexpected events like extreme weather, accidents, illness, or unexpected military deployment can derail your big day.
RiverView Ranch is dog friendly, but only for guests staying in the lodge. We unfortunately do not allow wedding guests to bring dogs.
Fireworks are not allowed on property due to extreme fire risk.
Due to high fire danger, candles are not allowed inside any buildings.
Yes, we allow confetti as long as it is biodegradable.
