Individualized Study Degrees
In the School of Individualized Study, you’ll customize your academic degree around your interests and career goals. With a rich and diverse academic portfolio that includes more than 80 undergraduate programs, more than 100 graduate programs, and numerous options and concentrations, you can blend a range of RIT course work to create a degree that helps you accomplish your professional aspirations. And you’ll do all of this with a team of advisors who continuously provide personalized guidance and support.

Gap Year Entrepreneurial Fellowship
Students focus on an entrepreneurial venture while still staying connected to RIT. Students in the fellowship receive a $15,000 award to create the time and space needed to build their businesses, and they have access to mentorship and entrepreneurial experts from RIT’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and community partners.
An opportunity for up to 20 participants to experience a full-day retreat at Partners + Napier, a nationally recognized advertising agency in Rochester, NY. Throughout the retreat you’ll engage in interactive learning and collaborative workshops in areas like brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling.
