RevTrak can be used to collect payments for a wide range of school-related needs, including student fees, meal accounts and food service payments, activities, programs, registrations, events, fundraising, and other district purchases. Payments can be collected online, in person, or through integrated school systems.
Yes. RevTrak integrates with leading student information systems and other technology schools and districts already use, including Skyward and PowerSchool. These integrations help reduce manual entry by keeping payment information connected with the systems districts already rely on, making things easier for both staff and families.
RevTrak brings payment data together in one system so district teams can more easily track transactions, deposits, account codes, refunds, and reporting. Districts can route funds to multiple bank accounts, automatically map transactions to the appropriate account codes, and use more than 25 financial reporting options to simplify reconciliation.
Yes. RevTrak provides PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processing, the highest level of PCI certification. Moving payments online can also reduce the amount of cash and checks handled by school staff, helping create a more secure payment process and a clearer record of transactions.
RevTrak provides hands-on implementation and support throughout the rollout process. Districts work with an implementation specialist while RevTrak builds and configures the Webstore, payments, and integrations, with ongoing support available after launch.
