Do I need a pro plan to use Pub Menu in my business?
Yes. If you're displaying menus to customers in a bar, brewery, or restaurant, you'll need a pro plan. The Hobby plan is for personal, non-commercial use only. If you're unsure which plan applies to you, email us at [email protected] and we'll help you choose.
I have a seasonal business. Can I use Pub Menu?
Yes. If your business has busy and slow seasons, we recommend the monthly plan for maximum flexibility. You can stay on the base plan during slower periods, add channels when business picks up, and cancel during your offseason if needed.
We'll keep your data for up to 12 months after cancellation, so you can return next season and pick up where you left off.
What hardware do I need?
Pub Menu works on Roku, Roku TVs, Fire TV devices, and any TV with a web browser. If you already have smart TVs in your clubhouse or grill room, you're likely good to go. No expensive digital signage hardware required.
The business plan includes 3 channels. What if I need more?
Need more than 3 channels? Add additional channels at any time for $8/month each.
Can I schedule menus by time of day and day of week?
Yes. Set your breakfast menu to run from 6U+002d11 AM, lunch from 11U+002d4 PM, and activate happy hour specials automatically at 4 PM. You can also schedule different menus for weekdays versus weekends, or set up special menus in advance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time with a single click. There are no long-term contracts.
Can I use Pub Menu on multiple TVs?
Yes. You can display your menus on as many TVs as you want using the same account. There are no per-TV fees.
Do I need internet for this to work?
Yes. An internet connection is required to display and update your menus. If the internet is down, your menus will still be visible, but you won't be able to update them.
Is my content public?
Menus are designed to be publicly viewable on TVs, but only you can edit them.
