With a career starting in Safety within the Airline industry, he has held leadership roles in four distinct sectors. Early in his career he dedicated his life to finding better ways to lead operations, to improve the world of work, to allow people to come home safely from work and to deliver more significant impacts in business. His focus has been on finding ways to better connect with front line team members and unlocking the discretionary effort that exists in all teams and organizations.
