New clinical trial with the drug Progerinin is officially underway

PRF is thrilled to announce that the first Progerinin clinical trial patient visits are complete! Earlier this month, we welcomed US-residents Merlin (23) and Kaylee (21) to their week-long trial visits at Boston Children’s Hospital. This groundbreaking trial will explore whether Progerinin, combined with the life-extending drug lonafarnib (Zokinvy), is more effective than lonafarnib alone.
