Note that you don’t need to place a semicolon (;<\/code>) after the endif<\/code> keyword because the endif<\/code> is the last statement in the PHP block. The enclosing tag ?><\/code> automatically implies a semicolon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The following example uses the if...else<\/code> statement to show the logout link if $is_authenticated<\/code> is true<\/code>. If the $is_authenticated<\/code> is false<\/code>, the script shows the login<\/code> link instead:<\/p>\n\n\n
