How do I access the Veeam Backup & Replication interface in VMware Cloud Director (VCD)?
Log in to your VCD instance, browse to the Plug-ins/Extensions tab or menu, and select the Veeam plugin to access the interface.
Can the storage (Repository) be accessed from the OVHcloud private network (vRack)?
No. To access the Object Storage Space (Bucket), you need to use Managed Veeam, which you’ll find on the VCD interface via the Veeam plugin.
Can I migrate my backups from an external environment (on-premises or another VCD) to Veeam?
Backup transfers to VCD setups are not yet supported. Stay tuned! This feature is in the works and will be available soon. The Managed Veeam for VCD solution is a backup solution for VMs within a VCD setup.
