In addition to regular opening hours, the State Hall and the museums of the Austrian National Library will be open on May 25, 2026.
The reading rooms of the Austrian National Library will be closed on Friday, May 1, Thursday, May 14 (Ascension Day), Sunday, May 24 (Whit Sunday), Monday, May 15 (Whit Monday) and Thursday, June 4, 2026 (Corpus Christi).
On Tuesday, 28 April 2026, the Augustiner Reading Room service will take place in the Study Reading Room of the Department of Manuscriptsand Rare Books. Please note this temporary change.
