NIAMS has developed resources to help people in your community take steps to improve their health. Our social media toolkit offers information about arthritis and musculoskeletal and skin diseases to share with colleagues, friends, family, and community members. Below, you will find a set of ready-to-use graphics and sample messages to download and share in newsletters, via email, and across social media platforms. These graphics are free to use and share without copyright restriction. You can find graphics and sample social media messages in Spanish here. 

How to Share From Your Computer, Phone, or Tablet

1.  Click on the “share this” button next to the image you want to share and select the appropriate social media platform from the pop-up box.
   • If you are on a phone or tablet, scroll through the image gallery and tap the “share this” button next to the image you want to share. From the pop up, select “copy,” or click on the icon for the social media platform of your choice (if available) to share directly.
   • If you are on a desktop, right click and save the image to your desktop, then upload the image onto your social media app. For Mac users, either press and hold the control button or click the trackpad using two fingers.
2. Then, copy and paste the sample text content into your social media post.
