Gene data

Find nomenclature, reference sequences (RefSeq), maps, pathways, expression, transcript and protein information and sequences with Gene.

You can also identify genes with similar functions, including orthologous genes, across a wide range of species and organisms.

Genome data

Browse genome data, including genome, transcript, and protein sequences, genome annotation, and metadata for your favorite organism with the taxonomy browser.

Protein data

Find information about proteins and access to compare Protein Family Models across a database of homologous proteins with similar function, search for Conserved Domains within a protein or coding nucleotide sequence, or use SparcleLabel to perform functional characterization or naming of larger protein sets.
