North Bay Regional Center Executive Director Core Values Survey
Encuesta 2026 de Valores Fundamentales del Director Ejecutivo (Traducción al español)
Surbey sa mga Pangunahing Pagpapahalaga ng Executive Director (pagsasalin ng tagalog)

Dear NBRC community,
The Board of Directors continues our work on the selection process for a new Executive Director to lead and guide our agency.
This week, we launched Leadership Interviews aimed at gathering in-depth insights into not just the role of the Executive Director, but also the specific needs of NBRC and its communities.
We are inviting you to complete the Core Values Survey that is open to all community members (Board members, individuals and families served, staff, service providers, and community partners) to help us best understand the traits and priorities for the Executive Director role.

The survey will be emailed to service providers, community members, individuals and families with a valid email on file, as well as our other stakeholders, and posted on NBRC’s website. Because we know all individuals/families served will not be able to participate in the survey online, invitations will also be sent via SMS/Text and through limited telephone interviews.
The survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete and does not ask any personal questions, only for thoughts and insights. Additionally, the online survey is completely anonymous and is being hosted, and data analyzed by Kinetic Flow.
If you have any questions or concerns about the process, or the people you serve do, please do not hesitate to reach out to Ami Sullivan, [email protected].
While the change in our Executive Director adds an element of uncertainty to our internal environment, we all remain dedicated to providing the best services and support to individuals/families served and a supportive environment internally. In the meantime, NBRC will continue to be guided and led by our Interim Executive Director, Deanna Mobley.
Thank you!
North Bay Regional Center Board of Directors
