Profiles and new faces

Nicole Obren is a Doctoral Research Fellow who joined PHAB in January 2025.

Fanglu Luo from Sun Yat-sen University is a visiting PhD candidate at PHAB and will stay here for one year.

Konstantin, our new Associate Professor of Planetary Sciences, joined the PHAB Center at the beginning of this year.

Marine is a postdoctoral research fellow who joined PHAB in July 2024.

Jyotirmoy is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellow who joined PHAB in June 2024. His project, "BALcony: BALancing Craton thickness by self-cOmpression, graiN size evolution, and viscous anisotropY," received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme.

Erik Asphaug from the University of Arizona is a guest at PHAB and will stay here for 10 months. 

Petr is a PhD Research Fellow who joined PHAB in May 2024.

Ramon Brasser is an Associate Professor who joined the PHAB Centre in January 2024.

Ilyas Jaah is a Masters internship student joing us from École normale supérieure - PSL

Steve Mojzsis is an Adjunct Professor (Prof. II) who joined the PHAB Centre in January 2024.

Jaganmoy is a Postdoctoral Fellow who joined PHAB in January 2024.

Brian is an adjunct Professor (Prof. II) who joined PHAB in September 2023 to study planetary habitability, paleoclimatology, and atmosphere evolution across deep-time and modern timescales.

Amando is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Global Postdoctoral Fellow who joined PHAB in September 2023. His project is called BRAVO - Barents Sea Evolution, which has received funding from the European Union’ Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. He earned his PhD from UiT The Arctic University of Norway in 2018 and was a postdoctoral researcher at UiT before moving to UiO.
