Point-of-care (POC) marketing company Doceree hired Ritesh Patel as chief growth officer, the company announced Monday.
Patel joins Doceree following a three-year stint at Finn Partners, a 2024 MM+M Agency 100 honoree, where he most recently served as managing partner of global digital health.
As chief growth officer at Doceree, Patel will spearhead the company’s growth initiatives, strategic partnerships and global adoption of its innovative solutions.
Harshit Jain, founder and global CEO of Doceree, noted in a statement that Patel’s experience in the POC space will be integral to the role.
“I can strongly say that his deep expertise in digital health and programmatic marketing, combined with his visionary leadership, will make him the perfect fit to fuel Doceree’s growth trajectory,” Jain stated. “His proven track record in pioneering digital innovation will certainly strengthen our commitment to elevate HCP-patient conversations with data-driven precision.”
At Doceree, he’ll focus on POC marketing and bringing data-driven messaging to healthcare professionals (HCP). He’ll also work on partnering with other players in the POC space to expand the company’s programmatic messaging ecosystem.
Patel has spent more than 20 years in healthcare and marketing, including his time at Finn, where he was responsible for digital transformation and strategic innovation.
Prior to Finn, Patel served as chief digital officer for health at Ogilvy. He resigned in the summer of 2021 as part of a wave of change in the wake of Ogilvy Worldwide CEO John Seifert’s departure in 2020.
Before that, he was chief digital officer at WPP Health & Wellness.
Patel said he was joining Doceree at an “exciting time of growth and innovation.”
“The opportunity to advance precision marketing with the company’s innovative solutions like POC, powered by Doceree, to create meaningful impact in HCP-patient engagement, is truly inspiring,” he stated. “I look forward to collaborating with team Doceree to further drive global expansion and enhance the digital healthcare ecosystem.”
In a LinkedIn post announcing the news, Finn Partners chair of global health and purpose Gil Bashe noted that Finn will continue to work with Patel in the future as a “fan, friend and new client.”
