1. Download, install and activate Mailbob for Gravity Forms
- Download the plugin from your accounts page.
- In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins > Add New Plugin.
- Select the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.
- Select Choose File and locate the downloaded .zip file.
- Select Install Now and choosing the .zip file.
- Select Activate Plugin.
2. Activate your license
- In your dashboard go to Forms > Settings.
- Click on the Mailbob menu button.
- Add your license key in the License Key field (Licenses can be found on your accounts page).
- Click Save Settings.
- Once the license key is saved, click the Activate button next to the License Key field.
3. Connect your Mailbob API credentials
- In your dashboard go to Forms > Settings.
- Click on the Mailbob menu button.
- Go to https://mailbob.io/settings/security/ in a different browser window.
- Copy and paste your User ID and API Key into the corresponding fields in your site’s settings.
- Click Save Settings.

4. Configure your Mailbob feed
- Go to Forms > Forms and edit the form you want to connect to Mailbob.
- Hover over the Settings tab and click Mailbob.
- Name – Give the feed a descriptive name.
- Map Fields – Map your form fields to the feed.
- Email Address – Select the email address field that will be sent to Mailbob.
- Tags – Associate tags to your Mailbob contacts with a comma separated list (e.g. new lead, Gravity Forms, web source). Commas within a merge tag value will be created as a single tag.
- Enable Condition – Set conditions to limit when the feed actions will trigger.
- Click Save Settings.
