Each week we choose a topic, and the goal is to use the conversation to develop our critical thinking and communication as we explore that topic. The goal is to help develop our Critical Thinking, Communication, and Community 🙌 📓 **HOW DOES IT WORK?** Each week, we pick one topic and discuss it. **Dr\. Joe Dispenza Group Meditation \(Face\-To\-Face\) \| 21st June Sunday 9am to 12pm** We have a group of about 500+ people on our WhatsApp who love to come together to meditate as a group using guided meditations by Dr. Joe Dispenza. About 20 to 40 people normally meet every 2 to 4 weeks in a Condo function room near Great World City MRT (TE 15). We meditate for about 2+ hours (with breaks in between) using guided meditations from Dr. Joe Dispenza. The rest of the time will be spent either sharing and getting to know each other. **Lunch (12pm+) [Optional]** After our session, a group of us would go for lunch. This is optional. While we all have been impacted by Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations and teachings, the interesting thing about this group is that everybody has had their own spiritual journey and have been impacted by various Eastern and Western spiritual and scientific traditions.
