Lectra Ethics & Compliance OpenLine Lectra grounds all actions on its three core values : open-minded thinkers / trusted partners / passionate innovators. In addition to these core values, principles of conduct are expressed in the Lectra Code of Ethics, which guides collaborators to act ethically, with integrity and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Lectra promotes the right to all collaborators but also any stakeholder to speak up about concerns in their work environment and recognizes that they have the possibility to raise an alert if they witness a non-ethical behavior or situation, knowing that Lectra protects their rights as whistleblowers.
