Poster ProposalsThe poster session will happen the evening of Thursday, Oct 1, 2026 at the annual KSHA conference at the Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park!
Please submit your poster proposal by June 15.
How will this work?
Step 1: Submit your poster proposal by June 15
Step 2: Receive notification by Aug 1 if your poster proposal has been accepted.
Step 3: Create your poster and print it.
Step 4: Bring your poster to the Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park.
Step 5: Present your poster live to conference attendees during the poster session.
Can I start the proposal and come back to it later?
Yes, you will log into ksha.org and find your proposal there, which you can edit until you submit it.
What about scholarships? The scholarship committee will review the submitted materials and award both the Margaret Byrne Sarricks Scholarship and the Dixie Heinrich Servant Leadership Award. These will be awarded at the annual KSHA conference on Oct. 1. Notification of awards will take place in early September.
What is required to apply for the Margaret Byrne Sarricks Scholarship? Completing this poster proposal is all that is needed for this scholarship. If there are multiple presenters for your poster, only ONE person from your group needs to submit this form.
What is required to apply for the Dixie Heinrich Servant Leadership Award? Each student who wishes to apply for this scholarship will need to complete this application form.
