Kids Games Studio LLC
Last Updated: November 24, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how Kids Games Studio LLC ("Kids Games Studio," "we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with all Kids Games Studio mobile apps, games, websites, and related services ("Services"). This policy applies to every app and service published by Kids Games Studio LLC.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Terms of Service (https://www.kidsgamesstudio.com/terms).
Kids Games Studio creates apps directed to children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and all applicable federal and state children's privacy laws. Where a law provides stronger protections, we follow the stricter requirement.
1. Information We Do Not Collect From Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not collect:
- Names
- Addresses
- Email addresses from children
- Phone numbers
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings
- Social media or platform identifiers
- Login credentials
- Payment or financial information
- Precise location (GPS/Wi-Fi)
- Any information that directly identifies a child
2. Information Automatically Collected (Non-Personal)
Our apps may collect limited technical information needed for the app to operate safely and correctly. This includes:
- Device type, model, operating system, and language
- App usage events (levels played, buttons tapped, screens viewed)
- Crash logs and diagnostics
- IP address (briefly, then anonymized or discarded)
- General location (country or region)
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) used only in COPPA-restricted child modes
- Anonymous device identifiers
We follow strict data-minimization and use this information only for internal operations allowed under COPPA.
3. Internal Operations (COPPA Definition)
Information is used only for:
- App performance, stability, and maintenance
- Debugging and error resolution
- Security and fraud prevention
- Serving contextual (non-personalized) ads
- Frequency capping
- Internal analytics (non-identifiable)
We do not track children across apps or websites.
4. Adult-Provided Information
If an adult contacts us, we may collect:
- Email address
- Name (optional)
- Message content
- Any attachments voluntarily submitted
We do not knowingly collect this information from children.
5. Subscriptions (Apple App Store Only)
Some Kids Games Studio apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store only. We do not process, collect, or store credit card numbers or full billing details.
By purchasing a subscription, the parent or guardian understands that:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple's account settings.
- Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
- Kids Games Studio does not manage subscription billing and cannot issue refunds directly.
- Parents are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through their Apple device or Apple ID settings.
We use Firebase services to manage subscription status and entitlements. Firebase receives limited subscription metadata (such as receipt or transaction identifiers) for verification. Firebase does not process payments.
Subscription status does not change how we handle children's information. COPPA protections apply equally to free and paid users.
6. Advertising (Contextual-Only)
Some apps may display ads. Because our apps are child-directed:
- Ads are contextual only
- No personalized or behavioral ads
- No profiling or tracking across apps or websites
- All ad partners operate in COPPA-restricted "child-safe" modes
Ad partners may include:
- Apple Search Ads
- Google AdMob
- Google Ad Manager 360
- ironSource
- Mintegral (Mobvista)
- Unity
- Vungle
7. Information Sharing
We may share only non-personal information:
- With service providers supporting internal operations
- With ad partners operating in COPPA-restricted modes
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect users or our Services
- As part of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition)
We do not sell or share children's personal information.
8. Parental Rights
Parents and guardians may:
- Request to review any personal data collected from their child (if any)
- Request deletion of their child's information
- Request that we stop using or collecting their child's information
- Request confirmation of whether any such information exists
We may require verification of parent identity to protect child safety.
9. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for internal operations or legal compliance. If a parent requests deletion, we remove the information within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of digital storage or transmission is completely secure.
11. U.S. Children's Privacy Law Compliance
We comply with COPPA and all applicable state children's privacy laws, including CPRA/CCPA minors' protections. We do not sell or share personal information of users under 16.
12. California Privacy Rights
For users in California:
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for behavioral advertising.
- We do not profile users under 16.
- Parents may exercise all rights described in Section 8.
13. EU/UK (GDPR) Notice
Our Services are developed and operated in the United States but may be accessed by users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK).
We design our Services so that we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Any limited technical data we process is used only for internal operations as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are processing personal data about you or your child, you may:
- Request access to personal data (if any)
- Request correction or deletion of personal data
- Request restriction of processing in certain cases
- Object to certain processing, where applicable
You may contact us using the details in Section 15. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we aim not to collect children's personal data at all, in most cases we expect to respond that we do not hold any personal data about your child.
14. International Use
Our Services may operate on servers located in the United States or other regions. Information may be processed in jurisdictions with different privacy protections than your own. We handle all information as described in this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.
