Under the agreement, ISS will provide approximately 25,000 meals per day to the primary school community, ensuring every child has access to nutritious food that fuels learning and development.

The contract takes effect in Q3 2026.

Over the past 14 months, ISS has collaborated closely with the food service provider \u2018apetito\u2019 to design a primary school food solution that not only meets but exceeds the School Food Standards. This innovative approach prioritises inclusivity, catering for children with special dietary requirements and cultural preferences, while maintaining consistency, safety, and exceptional quality.

The solution integrates apetito\u2019s high-quality, chef-prepared main and dessert options into ISS\u2019s FEED (Feeding Excellence Every Day) brand - a programme that reflects our commitment to delivering nutritious meals alongside a positive dining experience.

ISS A\/S, a leading workplace experience and facility service company, today announced that the 2026 full-year financial outlook has been upgraded. 

\u2022    Organic growth is now expected to be above 6% (previously above 5%). 
\u2022    The operating margin1) is now expected to be around 5.25% (previously above 5%).
\u2022    Free cash flow reported is now expected to be above DKK 3.1bn (previously above DKK 2.5bn). 

Furthermore, the share buyback programme for the full year will be increased to DKK 3.1bn (previously DKK 2.5bn) and as such the second tranche will be increased from DKK 1.25bn to DKK 1.85bn. The second tranche is planned to commence following the release of the H1-Report on 11 August 2026.

Finally, ISS invites institutional investors and analysts to attend its Capital Markets Day on 14 September 2026. A detailed programme and location will follow including the opportunity to attend the Capital Markets Day virtually.

Since 2021, ISS T\u00fcrkiye has been owned jointly by Actera (39.9%), management of ISS T\u00fcrkiye (10%), and ISS (50.1%) as the controlling shareholder. 
As previously communicated, Actera and ISS have been in dialogue for some time regarding potential exit options for Actera in accordance with the shareholders\u2019 agreement.

With this new agreement, ISS will own 90% of the shares, while the management of ISS T\u00fcrkiye still owns 10%.
