Last Updated: September 31, 2026

42-18 LLC and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as either “InsideHook”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect your concerns about privacy and personal data protection and value our relationship with you, and as such take the private nature of your personal information very seriously. Our goal is to provide you with relevant information tailored to your individual needs, while at the same time protecting the privacy you justifiably value. This privacy policy describes how we treat the information we collect when you visit our websites, use our services, register for our emails, newsletters, or other offerings (collectively the “Services”). Please be sure to read this notice carefully.

This privacy policy provides notice of how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we will request that consent separately through an appropriate mechanism.

As further described below, personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

You may have a legal right to withdraw your consent to our collection and processing of your information, or to the transfer of your personal information across borders. To request to withdraw your consent, please contact us as set forth below.

Privacy Principles

The privacy principles of InsideHook are:

Lawfulness, Fairness, and Transparency: When InsideHook collects personal information, it will be processed lawfully, fairly, and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.

Purpose Limitation: When InsideHook collects personal information, it will be collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

Data Minimization: When InsideHook collects personal information, it will be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

Accuracy: When InsideHook collects personal information, it will be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that personal information that is inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which it is processed, are erased or rectified without unreasonable delay.

Storage Limitation: When InsideHook collects personal information, it will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed.

Integrity and Confidentiality: When InsideHook collects personal information, it will take measures designed to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Lawfulness of Processing: Any and all processing will be done lawfully. InsideHook will process personal information only if and to the extent that at least one of the following applies: (1) the data subject has given consent; (2) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract; (3) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; or (4) processing is in the legitimate interests pursued by InsideHook or by a third party.

Information Collected

Personal Information: To receive InsideHook emails, you provide your email address. If you use additional Services, enter a contest or sweepstakes, contact us, or otherwise interact with us, we may request information such as your name, age or date of birth, telephone number, mailing address, ZIP code, preferences, and other information relevant to the particular interaction. We may also invite you to provide optional demographic or profile information. We use this information to provide the requested Services, administer promotions, communicate with you, improve the Services, and personalize content, communications, and advertising. We will identify information that is required and information that is optional when we request it.

From time to time, InsideHook may offer sweepstakes, games, and other contests on the Services, alone or with a third-party partner. To participate, you may be asked to provide your name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and other optional information. InsideHook or the third-party partner may use this information to send you information about its services by email or other electronic communication. You may opt out of communications from InsideHook at any time by following the instructions in the communication or contacting us at [email protected]. InsideHook does not control, and is not responsible for, a third-party partner’s privacy policies or practices. To stop communications from a third-party partner, contact that partner directly.

We may combine the personal information you submit directly through the Services with other personal information we have collected from you, whether on- or offline.  We may also combine it with information we receive about you from other sources, such as other companies and publicly available information sources. We use this information to update, validate or supplement the information that you provide or that we collect automatically in order to, a) target our communications and advertising so that we can inform you of products, services and offers that may be of interest, and b) for internal research, analytics and improvement of our Services.

We use and disclose personal information you provide to us: (1) to respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, such as to send you documents you request or e-mail; (2) to send you important information regarding our relationship with you or regarding the Services, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and/or other administrative information; and (3) for our business purposes, such as marketing new products and services, data analysis, audits, developing new products or services, operating or enhancing our Services, identifying Services usage trends, providing the Services, maintaining customer relationships, improving the quality, safety, and security of our Services, administering your account(s), troubleshooting, evaluating Service performance, providing customer support, and determining the effectiveness of our Services.

Log Files, Cookies, and Similar Technologies: We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to collect information about use of the Services. This information may include IP address; browser type and language; operating system; device type and attributes; Internet service provider; unique device, cookie, and advertising identifiers; referring and exit pages; pages, articles, advertisements, products, and links viewed or selected; search terms; dates and times of access; form and email interactions; error logs; approximate location derived from IP address; and other Internet or electronic network activity. We use this information to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, analyze audience and performance, personalize content and communications, deliver and measure advertising, attribute affiliate transactions, and detect fraud or abuse.

Cookie and Privacy Choices: You can manage certain cookies and similar technologies through the privacy choices or cookie settings link made available on the Services. You may also be able to configure your browser to notify you about, block, or delete cookies. Your choices may apply only to the browser and device on which they are made, and some portions of the Services may not function properly if certain technologies are disabled. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard governing Do Not Track signals, the Services may not respond to those signals. This is different from a legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism, such as Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the processing of personal information for targeted advertising for the browser or device transmitting the signal. You may need to enable the signal separately for each browser and device you use.

Review and Access: Upon your request, we will be happy to provide you with a summary of the information we collect about you. You will have the opportunity to correct, update or modify any of this information.

Choice/Opt-Out: If we ever send you information by email concerning new products or services that you did not expressly request, InsideHook will provide you with an email address by which you may request no future notices.

How We Share and Use Personal Information

Sharing for Services Administration: We may disclose personal information to affiliates and vendors that support the Services, including providers of website hosting, content management, site search, data storage, analytics, advertising operations, email and messaging, security, fraud prevention, customer support, auditing, and other business services. These providers include WordPress, Elasticsearch, Braze, Google reCAPTCHA, and our analytics and advertising-technology providers. They may process personal information on our behalf and subject to contractual restrictions, where applicable. If we offer a transaction directly through the Services, a payment or fulfillment provider may collect or receive information necessary to complete that transaction.

We use Google reCAPTCHA and similar technologies to help prevent fraud, spam, and abuse. The use of Google reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Website Analytics: The Services use analytics and measurement tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Parse.ly, Microsoft Clarity, and WordPress.com Stats. These providers may collect and process information about your use of the Services, including IP address, device and browser information, referring URLs, pages viewed, interactions with content and site features, and dates and times of access. Microsoft Clarity may collect interaction information, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling behavior, page visits, and related events, and use that information to generate visual reconstructions of user sessions. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to provide reports, measurement, and insights that we use to understand our audience and improve the structure, performance, and content of the Services. Your choices concerning these technologies may be available through our cookie or privacy settings and through controls offered by the applicable provider.

For more information on how Google uses this data, visit Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s page on How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps. To prevent this data from being used by Google Analytics, follow the instructions to download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for each browser you use. Using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on will not prevent InsideHook from using other analytics tools and will not prevent data from being sent to the Services themselves or to Google. For more information about how Google Analytics uses cookies to measure user interactions on websites, visit Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites. You may disable cookies as discussed above, but that may impact your use and enjoyment of the Services.

Additional Content, Embedded Features, and Affiliate Commerce: We make certain content and features available through relationships with third parties. Social-media and video features, including X/Twitter embeds and videos provided through YouTube or Vimeo, may permit the provider to collect device, usage, cookie, and interaction information when the feature loads or when you interact with it. The Services also contain affiliate links and commerce content supported by providers such as Skimlinks, Affilimate, Amazon Associates, LiveIntent, Kutoku, AvantLink, and other partners that may change over time. These links may include identifiers used to attribute clicks and resulting transactions. Information you provide directly to a merchant or other third-party site is governed by that third party’s privacy policy.

If you do not wish certain information to be shared for these purposes, please contact us at [email protected].

Sharing Information for Advertising and Other Promotional Purposes: We work with advertising and marketing providers, including Google Ad Manager, Publift, LiveIntent, Keywee, Meta, and other partners, to select, deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements and promotions on the Services and on third-party sites or services. These parties may use cookies, pixels, server-to-server connections, and similar technologies to collect or receive identifiers, IP address, device and browser information, browsing and interaction data, approximate location, and inferences about interests. For example, we use the Meta Pixel and server-side Conversions API to support advertising measurement and related marketing activities. Depending on the context and applicable law, these activities may constitute “selling” or “sharing” personal information or processing personal data for targeted advertising. You may exercise applicable choices through the privacy choices or cookie settings link on the Services or through a recognized universal opt-out mechanism. We process applicable opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law, including with respect to advertising and measurement activities conducted through browser-based or server-side technologies.

If you do not wish certain information to be shared for these purposes, please contact us at [email protected].

Sharing for Other Purposes: Please be aware that we may occasionally release information about you if required to do so by law or if, in our business judgment, such disclosure is reasonably necessary: (a) to comply with legal process; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service; or (c) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our services, us, our affiliates, our officers, directors, employees, representatives, our licensors, other users, and/or the public.

Please also note that as our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. If we sell some or all of our assets, or InsideHook is acquired by another company, information collected about our users may be among the transferred assets.

We also use and disclose information that is not in personally identifiable form (such as anonymized, masked or de-identified information) for any purpose. If we combine information that is not in personally identifiable form with information that is (such as combining your name with your geographical location), we will treat the combined information as personal information as long as it is combined.

Links to Other Sites: In our quest to bring you the most relevant, actionable content possible, InsideHook may create links allowing you to access third-party sites. InsideHook is not responsible for the content that appears on those sites and does not necessarily endorse these sites. Please consult those sites’ individual privacy policies in order to determine how they treat user information.

Security: InsideHook takes reasonable measures designed to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Please be aware, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and any information disclosed online can potentially be collected and used by parties other than the intended recipient.  If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with this privacy policy.

California Privacy Rights: California residents may have the rights described below, subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements:

In the preceding 12 months, we may have sold or shared, as those terms are defined under California law, identifiers and Internet or other electronic network activity information with advertising, analytics, social-media, and affiliate-commerce partners for advertising, measurement, attribution, and related commercial purposes. These recipients may include Google, Publift, LiveIntent, Keywee, Meta, Skimlinks, Affilimate, Amazon Associates, Kutoku, AvantLink, and other partners described in this privacy policy. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without legally required authorization.

California residents may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, and related rights by submitting a verifiable request to [email protected]. To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” link available on the Services. Where required, we process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. An authorized agent may submit a request as permitted by applicable law. We may request information necessary to verify the request or the agent’s authority.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents may request once per calendar year information about personal information we shared with other businesses for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request, email [email protected] with “Request for California Privacy Information” in the subject line. Our response will be limited to information covered by the law.

Access: Upon request by the individual, if required by applicable law, InsideHook will grant individuals reasonable access to their personal information.  Such access may include: (1) confirmation as to whether or not personal information concerning him or her are being processed; (2) the purposes of the processing; (3) the categories of personal information concerned; (4) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the processing data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations; (5) if possible, the period for which the personal information will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; (6) the existence of the right to request from InsideHook rectification or erasure of personal information or restriction of processing of personal information concerning the data subject or to object to such processing; (7) information about the source of the data, if not directly from the data subject; (8) whether the personal information will be subject to automated processing, including profiling and, if so, the logic and potential consequences involved; and (9) if the data is transferred to a third country or international organization, information about the safeguards that apply.

Rectification: If the data subject requests, personal information collected by InsideHook will be corrected based on information provided by the data subject. Where necessary, InsideHook will take steps to validate the information by the data subject to ensure that it is accurate before amending it.

Erasure: If the data subject requests, their personal information collected by InsideHook will be erased without undue delay provided that one of the following applies: (1) the personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected; (2) the data subject withdraws consent and there is no other legal ground for processing; (3) if required by applicable law, the data subject objects to the processing of the personal information; (4) the personal information have been unlawfully processed; (5) the personal information has to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation of InsideHook; or (6) where the personal information was relevant to the data subject as a child.

Portability: If required by applicable law, upon the data subject’s request, their personal information collected by InsideHook will be provided to them in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format or the personal information will be transferred to another party.

Deletion of Account: Should you ever decide to delete your InsideHook account, you may do so by unsubscribing. If you terminate your account, any association between your account and information InsideHook stores will no longer be accessible through your account.

U.S. State and Other Privacy Rights: Laws in certain jurisdictions grant individuals controls and choices regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Depending on your jurisdiction and subject to applicable exceptions, you may be able to request:

Residents of jurisdictions that provide sale or targeted-advertising opt-out rights may also exercise those rights as described above. Applicable law may further provide you with the right to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. If you have any concerns or complaints about our data processing activities, we urge you to first try to resolve such issues directly with us. However, if applicable, you may make a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority in your country about our processing of your personal data. Residents of certain other countries may be able request one or more of the above under applicable law. Your rights and our responses will vary based on your state or country of residency. You may be located in a jurisdiction where we are not obligated, or are unable, to fulfill a request. In such a case, your request may not be fulfilled. Please note that certain rights and information may be exempt from such requests under applicable law. For example, we need certain information for legal compliance or in order to provide the Services to you. In addition, where you may have these rights, the exercise of them is not absolute. Your rights may, for example, be outweighed by our rights and/or the rights of freedom of expression and information. Under Nevada law, Nevada residents who have purchased goods or services from us may opt out of the “sale” of “covered information” (as such terms are defined under Nevada law). If you are a Nevada resident, you may submit a request to opt out of such activity by emailing [email protected]. Please note we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request.

Targeted Advertising and Sale/Sharing Opt-Out Rights: Residents of jurisdictions that provide these rights may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or the processing of personal information for targeted advertising. The relevant activities may involve identifiers, device and browser information, Internet or other electronic network activity, approximate location, commercial or affiliate-interaction information, and inferences about interests. You can submit an opt-out request through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” link on the Services. Where required by applicable law, we also honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, such as Global Privacy Control. Browser- or device-based choices may need to be made separately on each browser or device and may be affected if cookies are cleared. After opting out, you may continue to see advertising, but it may be less relevant to you.

International Users: InsideHook is based in the United States. If you access or use the Services or otherwise provide information to us from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States and other countries as described in this privacy policy. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information. While this privacy policy applies to personal information generally, the local laws, rules and regulations of jurisdictions that are applicable to InsideHook (“Local Laws”) may require standards which are stricter than this privacy policy and, in such event, InsideHook will comply with applicable Local Laws. Specific privacy policies may be adopted to address the specific privacy requirements of particular jurisdictions. Your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers. Irrespective of which country your personal information is transferred, we would only share your personal information under a ‘need to know’ basis. In these circumstances we will, as required by applicable law, ensure that your privacy rights are protected by organizational, technical, contractual and/or other lawful means.
