Jaime Palumbo

Jaime Palumbo is Cyber Managing Director & Counsel at Travelers where she leads a team of cyber claim professionals. She brings years of professional lines experience and cyber specific training to lead the team in delivering superior claim service to policyholders and broker partners. Previously, Jaime was the Vice President of Claims at Corvus Insurance prior to the company’s acquisition by Travelers. Prior to Corvus, she held the position of Assistant Vice President of Cyber Claims at Chubb where she managed a team handling first and third-party cyber claims including regulatory proceedings and complex class action litigation. Jaime began her insurance career at AIG working as a claims adjuster handling professional liability claims. Soon after, she joined the Cyber/Tech/Media group where she worked for several years as a Complex Claims Director. Before entering the insurance field, Jaime was a litigation attorney at a national law firm handling professional liability and employment practice matters for insurance carriers.
