I’ve supported more than 150 leadership teams across industries, helping them align around strategy, strengthen their culture, fix execution gaps, and build businesses they’re proud of.
When I’m not coaching leadership teams, I’m usually being a super-dad, off on our next family adventure, or deep in a story I’m writing for my kids. I bring that same mix of curiosity, creativity, and “let’s make this fun” energy into every room I walk into.
