Note: Additional information sessions in May and June will be offered to nonprofits that have received an Eligible to Apply confirmation. To review, complete and submit an Eligible to Apply Form, please click here.  The deadline for submissions is May 1, 2026.

• SAMPLE 2025 Impact100 SRQ Grant Application - This sample copy of the 2025 Grant Application is for informational purposes only.  Organizations that have submitted an Eligible to Apply Form and are determined to be eligible to apply will receive the link to the Grant Application located on Submittable.  Only those Grant Applications submitted through the online platform before the deadline will be accepted for review.

• 2025 Descriptions and Relevance of Required Nonprofit Financial Documents - This document provides more information on the financial documents that are required as part of a Grant Application submission.

• SAMPLE 2025 Impact100 SRQ Grant Recipient Agreement - This copy of the 2025 Grant Agreement is for informational purposes only and is not intended to represent Grant Recipient Agreements from prior or future years.  Impact100 SRQ reserves the right to change its Grant Recipient Agreement without notice at any time.
