Confused about your career?

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is set to release the UP Class 12 board examinations 2025 results soon. The board has completed the evaluation of more than 2.70 crore answer sheets earlier this month and is now in the final stages of preparing the result data at its Prayagraj headquarters.

Once declared, students will be able to check their results on official websites — upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in and results.upmsp.edu.in. The UP Board results for both Class 10 and Class 12 are likely to be announced simultaneously.

While the board has not announced an official date yet, trends and inputs from Prayagraj suggest that results for all three streams — Science, Commerce and Arts — will be declared simultaneously.

How to Check UPMSP 12th Result
Once the results are uploaded via a press conference at the UPMSP headquarters, students can access their scorecards by following these steps:
• Visit Official Portals: Go to upresults.nic.in or upmsp.edu.in.
• Locate the Link: Click on the link titled "UP Board Intermediate (Class XII) Examination - 2026 Results".
• Enter Credentials: Input your 10-digit Roll Number and the School Code (as mentioned on your admit card).
• Submit & View: Enter the Captcha code and click "Submit." Your marksheet will appear on the screen.
• Download: Save a digital copy or print the result for immediate reference.

Alternative Methods
SMS Service: In case of high server traffic, students can check their results by typing UP12 and sending it to 56263. DigiLocker: The Board will also upload digitally signed marksheets to DigiLocker, which are legally valid for university admissions.

The UPMSP will announce the state-level and district-level toppers. High achievers are traditionally honoured with cash prizes (up to ₹1 Lakh) and laptops by the state government.

Students unsatisfied with their marks can apply for the scrutiny process shortly after the result declaration.

For those who fail to secure the 33% passing mark in one or two subjects, the Board will conduct compartment (improvement) exams, likely in June 2026.

The online result is provisional. Original marksheets and passing certificates will be distributed through respective schools within 15–20 days of the online announcement. Stay tuned to official channels for the exact date and time announcement, which is expected within the next 48 to 72 hours.
