MP Board 10th Result 2026 : The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) conducted the class 10th board examinations from February 13 to March 6.
The exams were held in single shifts, from 9 am to 12 pm. The Class 10 board exam started with the Urdu paper and ended with the Hindi paper.
Candidates were asked to arrive at their respective examination centres by 8.30 am, after which gates were closed for entry sharp at 8.45 am. Answer booklets were distributed among candidates at 8.50 am, and question papers were distributed at 8.55 am.
The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) class 10 board practical examinations were held in each school in February. The practical exams commenced on February 10 and wrapped up on March 15.
Practical board examinations for self-study students were held from February 25 to March 25 at exam centres.
The board had earlier that if required, practical examinations may also be held on holidays.
For class 12 exams, the board directed all candidates to reach the exam centre by 8 am adding that candidates would be allowed to enter the exam venue up to 15 minutes before the exam starts.
If a holiday is announced later, the exam will be held as per the planned schedule, the board said, HT earlier reported.

Previous trends

Last year, the pass percentage in Class 10 was logged at 76.22 per cent, and 74.48 per cent for class 12.
The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) announced its board examination results for the academic year 2023-2024 in April for both, classes 10 and 12 boards. In 2025, the pass percentage of regular students stood at 53.38 per cent and that of private candidates were at 7.12 per cent.
The pass percentage for class 10 board candidates was recorded at 58.10 per cent for regular and 13.26 per cent for private students.
For class 12 board examination, 2024, the pass percentage of regular students was logged at 64.49 per cent and 22.46 per cent for candidates appearing from private institutions.
In 2023, the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) class 10 board exams in the state were conducted from March 1 to March 27. The duration of the examination was 3 hours, similar to the present day.
