Can you integrate directly with SDKs and APIs?
Yes. You can directly integrate CALL-E using our SDKs and APIs.
This allows you to:
- Create calling tasks programmatically via API/SDK
- Get structured results back from phone calls
- Embed CALL-E into your existing workflows (CRM, agents, automation, backend systems)

Is CALL-E safe?
Yes, our infrastructure meets leading international standards, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPA, IMDA, and CSA, ensuring full compliance and continuous protection.
What is your pricing?
All new CALL-E users gain 200 free calls after sign-up.
After which, CALL-E uses a flat rate of $0.05 per billable call.

Can I use my own phone number, SIP, or caller ID?
CALL-E supports caller ID and number usage in a few different ways depending on your setup.
Purchasing numbers through CALL-E (recommended)
- Buy a new phone number directly on the platform
- Number is assigned to your account
- Simplest setup (no external telecom configuration required)
SIP / Telecom provider integration (advanced / B2B)
- Connect your existing SIP trunk or telecom provider
- Use your own infrastructure for call routing
- Supports fixed caller ID configuration depending on carrier setup
Important notes
In most cases, you cannot directly link an existing personal phone number. This is due to telecom compliance + identity verification requirements. SIP-based setups are typically used for business / infrastructure-level integrations.
Compliance & call permissions
Depending on region:
- Inbound calls → available immediately after number assignment
- Outbound calls → require KYC verification before activation
- Additional risk control may apply based on country/carrier rules
