After installing Help Dialog, a new user can follow these tasks to get started effectively:
Customize Widgets:
- Go to the Widgets page to create and customize widgets for different sections of the site.
- Use the “Copy Active Widget” feature to duplicate existing widgets for quicker setup.

Integration of Help Dialog with Knowledge Base Articles
The Help Dialog can search Echo Knowledge Base articles to provide users with more information that go beyond the FAQs. The Echo Knowledge Base is a free WordPress plugin that you can download from the WordPress site here or install it following thse instructions.
