GSR Executes Purchase Agreement to Acquire FINRA-Registered Broker-Dealer
GSR, crypto’s capital markets partner, today announced it has executed a purchase agreement to acquire Equilibrium Capital Services, LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA, based in Portland, Oregon. The transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is intended to expand GSR’s U.S. services and develop additional regulated capabilities for institutions.
