– Download the latest version
– Delete existing plugin from your site (You’ll NOT lose existing data)
– Now install the downloaded latest version
– Activate license

After installation of the GS Posts Grid plugin you need to activate.
– Soon after activation you’ll see admin notice to activate License. 
– Click on License Activation admin notice link or go to GS Plugins > Posts Grid License to input License key & activate.
– After license activation GS Posts Grid Settings page will display.

To ensure a perfect view on various devices, we recommend using an image size larger than 420px x 420px.
Alternatively, you can opt for square-size images such as 500px x 500px or 600px x 600px. This will help maintain optimal visual quality and ensure a visually appealing Posts Grid across different screen sizes and resolutions

Install GS Posts Grid plugin as a regular WordPress plugin. Here are different ways to install GS Posts Grid plugin

– Put [gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″] shortcode or select another theme, where you need to show the Posts.

First install the GS Posts Grid plugin in your WordPress website. Then add the shortcode [gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″] where you wish to display Post Grid.

Right now, custom order not available, but we have plan to add the feature in later release.

After installing GS Posts Grid plugin, Single Post may NOT be found with 404 error. 
– In this scenario go to Settings > Permalinks. 
– It’ll flush the URL. Clear cache if needed & refresh Single Post to display.

Shortcode to display Posts in ASC / DESC order:
Descending Order : [gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″ order=”DESC”]

Note : Normally Posts will display by descending order, latest will show first. So no need to add the parameter order=”DESC”

Ascending Order : [gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″ order=”ASC”]

Yes. There is a shortcode attribute name group.
Use shortcode like below for single or multiple categories:

From Single category :
[gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″ group=”post-category-slug”]  

From Multiple Categories :  
[gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″ group=”post-category-slug1, post-category-slug1″]

** Multiple Categories will be comma separated.
To get your category slug, go to Posts -> Categories. Here you will find Categories & all the slugs

WordPress has a great function, do_shortcode(), that will allow you to use shortcodes inside your theme files. For example, to output Posts Grid in a Theme file, you would do this: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[gs_wpposts theme=”gs_wppost_grid_1″]’); ?>

Yes, Post Grid has pagination support.
You can On/Off pagination from settings or with shortcode attribute pagination.
