No refunds or returns are available. But if a model arrives broken or with significant damage, it will be refunded or reprinted. If that happens, we would need pictures confirming the damage occurred. When confirmed, we will forward the products for re-manufacturing right away. All reprints will be of the exact same model and will be sent to the original address. The lead time for a reprint is approximately the same as for the original model.
Our manufacturing partner may choose to offer only a reprint, only a refund, or they may leave the choice to you.
Our reprint policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you reprint or refund.
Propellers: Propeller blades are especially vulnerable to breaking during shipping, and I cannot guarantee they will arrive intact. If you receive a model with a broken propeller blade, you may be able to use super-glue to fix it. Or you can trim off the other blade (leaving only the hub) to simulate a spinning propeller. That may be a more accurate look for a spinning propeller anyway. Some people use transparent plastic disks to simulate a spinning propeller. You can find the propeller diameter for many planes on the Wings of Linen wiki — just divide by the scale (144) for the scale-model diameter.
