One of Doug's proudest accomplishments is the JBLM Hot Refueling project-a complex challenge that highlighted his creativity and problem-solving skills. After making a significant career change, he's proud of the success and growth he's achieved along the way. What Doug values most about working at Garco is the flexibility to plan and execute the right steps to deliver successful results.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys snowbiking, snowmobiling, and spending time in his shop fabricating and machining custom designs. A graduate in Automotive Design, his passion for building and creating comes naturally. His personal motto sums it up best: Partnering with people to achieve great things.

Outside of work, he and his family spend time hiking, camping, fishing, backpacking, boating, skiing, and exploring nearly every outdoor activity the region offers. Recently, Sean became a proud grandfather, an experience that has brought unexpected joy and fulfillment. He lives by the motto: Work hard, play hard.

”Garco's culture is intrinsic. It's what the people bring. One thing I think that makes us unique, is that everybody who works here cares and you can see the sense of pride for what we do.
