Slatkin + Co. is a luxury home fragrance brand founded by Harry Slatkin, known for high-quality candles made with premium waxes and essential oils. With a wide variety of scents and beautifully designed jars, the brand aims to create a personal scent sanctuary for customers.

The Challenge

Slatkin + Co. needed help attracting new customers, increasing revenue from automated email sequences, and driving more website traffic. They also wanted to improve how they educate customers about their products and enhance their email marketing segmentation.

Our Solution

Galactic Fed optimized Slatkin + Co.’s email sequences, moving their Browse Abandonment sequence to Klaviyo for better customization. We tested different call-to-action buttons, added customer testimonials to boost trust, and launched new customer win-back and post-purchase upsell campaigns.
