Hilary became a home inspector later in life, earning her home inspector license through New York School of Home Inspection and Construction. After recently moving to Los Angeles, Hilary re-established her business there, only to find that California unfortunately does not regulate this profession. Hilary sets herself apart as an expert in the field due to her formal education and training. She’s found that it fills her desire to be mindful, observant, attentive to details and helpful to people. And she treats every inspection as if it were my own home. Her tag line says it all, “Ensuring That Your House is Home-Worthy.”

Hilary also takes pride in the fact that there aren’t very many women home inspectors out there. In fact, according to a recent demographic study, only about 16% of home inspectors are women. She’s proud to be one of those few contributors to the occupation and someone who defies expectations.

Hilary’s Philosophy: A person who’s purchasing a home needs a home inspection to provide an unbiased account of any issues or safety concerns the house may have. It’s likely to be the biggest purchase a person may make. Keeping this in mind, I treat every inspection as if it were my own home.
