Ensuring Real-Time Data Synchronization

During Etisalat’s development, our team faced the challenge of ensuring real-time data synchronization between multiple telco systems, databases, and third-party services. This required instantaneous updates to prevent data inconsistencies and errors. We needed a robust solution to handle high volumes of data and ensure seamless communication.

How We Resolved

We resolved this challenge by implementing WebSockets for bi-directional, real-time communication, Apache Kafka for distributed streaming and data processing, and caching mechanisms to reduce latency. Additionally, automated data validation and reconciliation processes ensured data accuracy and integrity.

Etisalat's Automated Gifting solution allows operators to send customized data packages, minutes, and vouchers to individuals or groups, fostering customer loyalty and revenue growth. Personalized gift creation and scheduling enable targeted promotions, while real-time gift delivery and tracking ensure efficient campaign management. Automated gift redemption and notification, along with comprehensive gift analytics and reporting, provide valuable insights into customer behavior.
