I have been working with FLEXOPTIX for almost 20 years now, and it’s one of those rare partnerships that has truly stood the test of time.

From day one, I have been consistently impressed by the quality of their products. The FLEXBOX ecosystem in particular is something special. You can tell that a lot of thought and real engineering effort has gone into both the hardware and the backend. It is not just another tool, it actually makes your daily work easier and more efficient.

What really sets FLEXOPTIX apart for me, though, are the people behind it. Whenever something didn’t work as expected, which honestly was quite rare, there was always someone who genuinely cared and took ownership. And I really mean that, support did not stop at first level. If needed, it went all the way up to CTO level, which says a lot about their mindset.

Over the years, we also had the chance to develop solutions together when there simply wasn’t anything suitable available on the market. That kind of collaboration, where ideas are taken seriously and turned into real products, is something I value a lot.

I also have to mention the many small details that you only notice when working with a company for a long time. The ordering process is smooth, deliveries are reliable, labels and packaging are thoughtfully done, and even the little extras in the box always bring a smile.

All in all, this is not just a vendor for me, but a trusted partner. I am genuinely grateful for the collaboration and I am looking forward to many more years working together.

We use FLEXOPTIX modules for years with different networking hardware. Amazing and very stable products without any issues. Preparing a big network project with several switch vendors it was time to do the next step and order a FLEXBOX. Now we can be much more flexible that before and the provided tools are fast, stable, easy to use and as stable as all other FLEXOPTIX producs. All in all - highest recommendation!
