Epic First Trailer for 'Masters of the Universe' Movie Starring Galitzine
"I have the power!" He-Man is back! Amazon MGM Studios has unveiled the first teaser trailer for their epic new live-action Masters of the Universe movie, an 80s throwback come to life on the big screen all over again. Masters of the Universe is a toy franchise that was turned into an 80s animated TV show and a 1987 movie starring Dolph Lundgren as the uber buff hero. In this brand new updated reboot of Masters of the Universe, director Travis Knight brings the legendary franchise back in this epic live-action adventure. After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam back to Eternia where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish rule of Skeletor. To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela and Duncan/Man-At-Arms, and embrace his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe. The impressive ensemble cast features Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man / Adam Glenn, Camila Mendes as Teela, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, James Purefoy, Morena Baccarin, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Charlotte Riley, Kristen Wiig as Roboto, Jared Leto as Skeletor, and Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms. This almost looks more like a sci-fi movie with all the futuristic spaceships and fancy armor and everything else. I'm down. Hopefully it's as entertaining as it seems so far. Who's in?

Final Promo Trailer for Jason Statham's 'Shelter' - In Theaters Soon
"Jason Statham lives his life the way that his characters are portrayed. He's got that moral code, that integrity, that authenticity." Black Bear Pictures has debuted one final promo trailer for the action movie Shelter directed by action filmmaker Ric Roman Waugh (who also has Greenland 2 this month as well). The return of January Statham! Still looks better than his last two: A Working Man and The Beekeeper. In this next one, Statham stars as the same character - an assassin hiding from his past. A recluse on a remote Scottish island rescues a girl from the sea, unleashing a perilous sequence of events that culminate in an attack on his home, compelling him to face his turbulent history. Forced out of isolation, he must confront his dangerous past while protecting her, sending them on a tense journey of survival and redemption all the way down to London. Starring Jason Statham, Naomi Ackie, Bill Nighy, Tom Wu, and Bodhi Rae Breathnach. Shelter looks solid enough to actually go watch in theaters – even if it just more of the same tough-guy-takes-out-everyone-coming-for-him action. Marvel Studios has debuted the fourth teaser trailer for the Avengers: Doomsday movie, arriving in theaters December 2026 in 12 months from now. There are individual teasers for many characters - this one is a double whammy showing us more from both Black Panther & Fantastic Four. Following the best teaser for the X-Men reunion last week. This crossover movie will bring EVERY superhero from two decades of Marvel movies together to battle the villain Doctor Doom - played by Robert Downey Jr. who also was paid enough to come back again. The ensemble cast also features Chris Evans, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, Winston Duke, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Channing Tatum, & Pedro Pascal. This teaser shows us Letitia Wright as Shuri / Black Panther, Winston Duke as M'Baku, Tenoch Huerta Mejía as Namor, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm / The Thing from last year's F4. And that's it... What for? Why are they meeting? Who knows...
Action-Packed Full Trailer #2 for 'Crime 101' Los Angeles Heist Movie
"Let him rob the courier... and then you'll rob him." Who's ready to join this heist? Amazon MGM Studios debuted their second official trailer for the exciting heist thriller movie called Crime 101, by director Bart Layton (of The Imposter, American Animals). This is set to hit theaters everywhere starting in February in a month from now. The movie is centered on detective Lou Lubesnick, played by Ruffalo, tracking a complex jewel thief who is adhering to the "Crime 101" rules - a strict set of guidelines for the perfect heist without ever being caught. It's based on Don Winslow's story of the same name. As the big multimillion-dollar heist approaches, the line between hunter and hunted begins to blur, and all of the players are forced to confront the cost of their choices – and the realization that there's no turning back. The main ensemble cast in Crime 101 includes Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Barry Keoghan, Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, with Nick Nolte and Halle Berry. This is an entertaining trailer that actually makes me want to watch this and find out how it all plays out. But I have a feeling this movie is going to flop in theaters. This psychological thriller looks like Rachel McAdams at her very best. On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it's a battle of wills and wits to make it out alive... Rachel McAdams. Dylan O'Brien. Sam Raimi. In addition to the new trailer, there's an extra TV spot and her "Survivor" try out video included below as well. I'm pumped for this! What a concept! Cannot wait to see her get back at her jackass boss and show him how to really survive. I'm also glad we've got a new Sam Raimi movie to enjoy this year.

It's dropping into theaters in February 2026 and it looks like a must see for any/every sci-fi geek out there. A man claiming to be from our AI-ravaged future takes the patrons of an iconic Los Angeles diner hostage in search of unlikely recruits in a quest to save the world from technology. Fun critical commentary on Artificial Intelligence, computers, and how dumb we all are, with some wacky clever ideas following this guy from the future attempting to save humanity. Sam Rockwell stars as future man, joined by Michael Peña, Juno Temple, Haley Lu Richardson, Zazie Beetz, Asim Chandhry, and Tom Taylor. This is the first new movie from filmmaker Gore Verbinski since making A Cure for Wellness in 2016. It already premiered at both Fantastic Fest & Beyond Fest to rave reviews. Yep this is going to be a blast! Rockwell showing us how to save ourselves from tech idiots & AI stupidity. I'm all in! See you in 2026.

They even continued without him letting Sam Wilson become the new Cap in Captain America: Brave New World. This new crossover movie will bring EVERY superhero from two decades of Marvel movies together to battle the epic villain Doctor Doom - played by Robert Downey Jr. who also was paid enough to come back again. The full ensemble cast also features Chris Hemsworth, Vanessa Kirby, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Letitia Wright, Paul Rudd, Wyatt Russell, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Simu Liu, Florence Pugh, Kelsey Grammer, Lewis Pullman, Danny Ramirez, Joseph Quinn, Winston Duke, Tom Hiddleston, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Alan Cumming, Rebecca Romijn, James Marsden, Channing Tatum, & Pedro Pascal. First Trailer for Christopher Nolan's 'The Odyssey' with Matt Damon

Universal has unveiled the glorious first official trailer for Christopher Nolan's next epic movie The Odyssey, arriving in theaters July 2026 next summer. His epic adaptation of the iconic ancient Greek poem by Homer. Nolan's The Odyssey is a mythic action thriller shot across the world using brand new IMAX film technology - the entire film is shot with IMAX film cameras (the first ever to do this) – bringing Homer's foundational saga to IMAX screens for the first time. The story follows Odysseus in his perilous journey home after the Trojan War, featuring encounters with Polyphemus, the Sirens, Circe, resulting with his reunion with his wife, Penelope, at home on the island where he's from. The movie stars Matt Damon as Odysseus. With a massive ensemble cast: Tom Holland as Telemachus, Odysseus's son, plus Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron as Circe, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong'o, Robert Pattinson, Jon Bernthal, Benny Safdie, John Leguizamo, Elliot Page, Himesh Patel, Bill Irwin, Samantha Morton, Jesse Garcia, Will Yun Lee, Rafi Gavron, Shiloh Fernandez, Mia Goth, Cosmo Jarvis, and Corey Hawkins. Filmmaking Behind-the-Scenes with James Cameron Making 'Avatar 3'

It's finally time. 20th Century has revealed a handful of new behind-the-scenes featurettes for James Cameron's next amazing Pandora sequel titled Avatar: Fire and Ash. This third Avatar movie is a follow-up to the release of Avatar 2: The Way of Water in late 2022 - arriving 3 years later. It's opening this week so they're going all out with promos. The story continues following Jake & Neytiri's family while they keep growing, with more troubles as the brutal RDA comes after them directly. They also encounter a dangerous Ash Clan of flying Na'vi - who end up partnering with Quaritch against the other Na'vi tribes. James Cameron's Fire & Ash stars Sam Worthington as Jake, Zoe Saldana as Neytiri, Sigourney Weaver as Kiri, Stephen Lang as Quaritch, Britain Dalton as Lo'ak, Jack Champion as "Spider", Bailey Bass as Reya, Trinity Bliss as Tuk, Kate Winslet as Ronal, Filip Geljo, Edie Falco, Cliff Curtis, David Thewlis, Keston John, Joel David Moore, Jemaine Clement, featuring Oona Chaplin as Varang. They cover everything from 3D cameras to concept art by Dylan Cole to creating Varang to motion capture work with Stephen Lang. I always enjoy seeing Cameron work! These are worth watching.
