Meet us in The Hague, Europe’s hub for digital resilience, on 18th of June 2026. As Europe accelerates its AI ambitions, Emma Wehrwein will address a critical question in her keynote: “AI Will Challenge Europe’s Resilience – Are We Building the Right Foundations?”
In her keynote, she will explore how Europe can ensure that the rapid deployment of AI is built on resilient digital foundations. Focusing on the importance of federation, cloud-edge collaboration and shared governance, she will examine how initiatives such as 8ra and the upcoming IPCEI AI can help Europe move from fragmented innovation towards resilient implementation at scale.
