The client also had several critical problems with their healthcare education platform EduRx such as data security and compliance, permissions, collaboration, cross-platform integration, and content moderation. The client had a few challenges associated with their web-based employee management system targeted for healthcare, such as high stringency on data security, scalability, and a user-friendly experience.
