Our Knowledge Base uses Custom Post Types (CPT ). It is a common practice to use WordPress CPT to separate different types of content. Some page builders and plugins already detect the CPT and work automatically. However for some builders you need to configure KB CPT manually.

Beaver Builder
When using Beaver builder, you must use the Current Theme option in the knowledge base configurations. Otherwise, the editor will not work correctly for Beaver builder. See how to switch to Current Theme here: Current Theme
To activate Beaver builder on your knowledge base articles you must configure beaver builder to work with the KB post types. Follow the steps in the screenshot. If you have multiple KBs check all that apply and save.
