How Do I Renew My License?

Renew your license in one of two ways:
Option 1: Knowledge Base Link to Checkout
Go to your Knowledge base plugin in the admin.
- Click on the Add-ons / News Menu
- Click on the Licenses Tab
- Click on the renew your license key link.
This link will take you to the checkout form to renew the license.

To update your credit card, please follow these steps:

- Click on the "Your Subscriptions" button.
- Find the subscription you wish to update.
- Click the "Update Payment Method" link.

To get invoice your subscription, please follow these steps:

- Click the "View Invoice" link.
- Print the invoice using the Print button.
