AI Chat

Adding AI Chat to your website allows your users and customers to receive detailed and accurate answers to their queries with minimal cost and effort on your part. This solution provides an efficient way to improve customer experience, reduce support workload, and ensure 24/7 assistance.

AI Chat consists of four main components:

  1. Frontend Chat Window
    • This is the visible chat interface that appears at the bottom of your webpage.
    • You can customize its look and functionality to match your website’s design and user needs
  2. Administration
    • This involves configuring the A, training it with relevant data, and setting up the necessary infrastructure to support AI-powered interactions.
    • You will be able to set limits, access analytics, get notifications and more.
  3. AI Knowledge (Context)
    • AI Chat relies on a well-structured knowledge base to provide meaningful responses.
    • You will need to format and load your knowledge base and optionally FAQs, internal support documentation and other relevant information into the AI storage.
  4. Infrastructure
    • OpenAI Account – To access the AI model for generating responses.
    • Pinecone Account & Index – For storing and retrieving knowledge base data efficiently.
    • AI Engine Pro Plugin – A WordPress plugin that facilitates AI integration with your website.

This approach allows us to focus on improving our knowledge base features while ensuring you have access to a specialized AI solution that is popular within the WordPress community.

To enable AI Chat on your website, you will need to purchase AI Engine Pro separately.

The Knowledge Base contains all topics that the AI Chat should cover.
All topics are covered in sufficient detail.
The Knowledge Base is up-to-date and contains current information.
All important keywords, terms, and terminology are explained. Having a glossary will help.
Any workflows, as well as high-level and low-level concepts, are explained.


Optionally you can add additional information from your FAQs, internal support documents, pages to your AI Chat context and understanding.
