dynaConnections views training and education as an important part of the services we provide our customers. Our training specialists are highly dedicated and experienced professionals. As part of the company’s professional services, they work with the tech team and tools on a daily basis and provide our customers with comprehensive and intensive training on our products.
The training sessions offered by dynaConnections are at introductory and advanced levels and taught using the latest technology to facilitate the learning process. We train our customers’ staff, one-on-one, so they are able to manage and assist their members with the daily tasks associated with the use of connectMLS. Staff training focuses on a better understanding of connectMLS workings, and the understanding on how to implement changes for their members, if necessary.
These sessions are in-person and cover the knowledge and techniques required for beginners to advanced users. Training for end-users begins within the first month prior to launching connectMLS in parallel mode, and then once again after launching connectMLS stand-alone. Our basic training begins with an overview of the most commonly used features in connectMLS. A continuation of basic training dives deeper into the different automated and default features available. Our advanced courses further enrich the agent’s knowledge, and use a highly interactive approach, which helps to shorten the learning curve considerably. Participants learn to apply the full potential of connectMLS features to create desired business outcomes. The advanced training also provides end-users with in-depth knowledge of connectMLS, enabling them to accomplish tasks faster, with more precision and efficiency.
