I have personal experience with Strato + Netcup. They provide excellent VPS services. With Mijn.host I have good experiences as a DirectAdmin host.

Conclusion

For the cheapest VPS option, you can’t beat Netcup Piko G11s (€2/month). For somewhat better performance, the Netcup VPS Nano (€3/month) is a logical step up. However, if you want fast NVMe storage and a Dutch provider, then Mijn.Host UNMANAGED .XS offers an attractive option. Finally, Strato offers excellent flexibility with variants up to 4 GB RAM for a reasonable price.
