After each purchase, we receive and store very limited information that contains your name, email, payment method, and payment currency. We do not receive payment information details such as credit card numbers. Email and name received from the payment processor are used to match your account on the Site or create an account on the Site.

Product licensing related information
To verify the license for the purchased products, our Service products collect information about the server and website each product is used on. Collected information may include website URL, website server IP, WordPress version number, PHP version number, MySQL version number, WordPress Multisite, and bbPress version.
Analytics
We use our own Analytics system powered by Matomo Analytics On-Premise. All the data collected by the Analytics is completely anonymous (including anonymized IP addresses), and cookies are not used for tracking. All the raw tracking data is stored for up to one year.
Gravatar
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment, or in the support forums.
