Add Falling Snow Animation To Sites With Snow-fall Component

<snow-fall /> is a tiny web component that allows you to easily add animated falling snow to the entire page or specific elements.

You can customize the color and size of snowflakes, as well as the number of snowflakes rendered at one time for performance optimization.

How to use it:

1. Download and import the snow-fall.js as a module.

2. Add the snowfall effect to an element you specify.
